the answer to both is, it doesn't really matter, so whichever works better for you.

Hi all,

I am new to this site but not to the weight loss roller coaster. I have 2 questions for everyone...

1. Is it better to do weights/strength training and then cardio, or the other way around?
2. Should I eat before I workout or after?

Thanks for your help!
