The best motivator I can think of for me is imagining myself slim and trim like I used to be. I have a whole closet full of beautiful clothes that I would like to wear. Sometimes imagining me fitting into my clothes depresses This is really hard to overcome. Plus I'm on medicine that slows my metabolism down and makes me hungry.And I can't go off of it. It's very hard to resist sweets. Exerting normal willpower doesn't work. I certainly need a well rounded program.
The Movtivation forum sound good. I need a lot of that. Lol.

The first best motivator is SP, they have a lot of great advice, I like to keep a calendar or chart that records my progress, I use visual imagery to see myself closer to meeting my goal and how I will feel, You need to give yourself positive self talk that rewards every step toward meeting your goals.
