Hello,

If at any time you can't find an item in the existing data base, you are welcome to add/track a food not entered. The link below will walk you through how to do that.

Why do you not have 40 calorie bread as an approved food.
Nutrition Facts
Amount per serving 2 slices
Calories 80
Fat 0.5g
saturated fal 0g
Trans fat 0g
Polyunsaturated fat 0g
monounsaturated fat 0g
cholesterol 0 mg
sodium 160 mg
total carbs 20g
Dietary fiver 6g
sugars 1g

Would like to get points using the 40 calorie bread, but you don't have it listed.
