Well. You said you'd like to lose another 1.5 pounds but you're not stressing over it. So personally, I wouldn't eat back the calories burned, I'd look at it as a bonus toward that pound and a half and just proceed as usual.
if you're hungry, you can eat it. if you're not, don't worry about it. maintaining means that you are staying within a range of ten pounds [five above and five below]. so if you don't eat back what you burn, you might lose a little [somewhere like 1/13 or 1/14 of a pound according to the math in my head] but that just means that the next time you go a little more overboard than you planned you don't need to sweat about 250 cals of it. if you find this happening a lot and you start losing more than you want, then you should start eating it back to balance it out. but as long as you're looking at it as an infrequent thing it doesn't really matter.

So, I have zero calories burned per week in my tracker as I do not do any regular exercising. My calorie range is 1480-1830. I usually eat 1700-1800 a day, and will "splurge" one weekend day where I don't track (but don't go nuts either, usually just have a heavier dinner). I would like to lose 1.5 more lbs to get down to 140, but I'm not that concerned about it and am not really trying hard to lose it, it has just been happening. I hit my original goal weight of 150 in October. My question is, today I shoveled snow for 40 minutes, which according to the fitness tracker, means I burned 244 calories. Does this mean I should eat around 244 extra calories than I normally do to compensate? Like I said, I'm not really trying to lose weight at this point.
