Sounds like a great idea and a great way to get yourself moving too. I would say start out with three or four days a week and make sure one of them is a weekend evening, for those of us who work late shifts. Then just go with what you can do and what works best for your community.
I was just wanting to know what you guys think. I was going to ask my pastor at my church to start a program up at the church for people to come and exercise in the evenning. I thought about asking if he would think if people would come to wal with me and Leslie Sansone in the evenning. I was thinking about doing it 3 days a week what do you guys think? It is the cd walk away the pounds and it is something that everybody could do. Thanks for the in put.
