I would just count added sugar, not naturally occurring sugar.

So I think I eat fairly well....but I have noticed that I do tend to give into my sweet tooth a bit much. I still have a ways to go to get to my goal,weight but more importantly I want to finally feel like I have a trap on y sweet tooth, not just for my self but for my daughter. I want to be a healthy role model for her.
I just watched on here about how any added sugars a person should have a day as a max. 6 teaspoons for me. Now would I count te sugar found in dairy products( such as fat free milk, or Greek yogurt,) or in fruits ....or just the stars I find on labels where it's added in...
