Go to the Articles & Videos tab and select SparkRecipes.com from the drop-down menu, then select the Recipe Calculator tab. You can also go directly to SparkRecipes.com and click on the Recipe Calculator tab.

I was unaware there was even a recipe calculator. Where might I find it?

At the bottom of the nutrition breakdown it says, "*Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Your daily values may be higher or lower depending on your calorie needs." So just like individual foods, they are listed as percentages of daily values.

Hope that helps!

Hi,

I've used the recipe calculator to see what the nutrient breakdown is of my recipe. My question is: the vitamins and minerals are listed as a percentage, what is it a percentage of?? The total recipe or recommended daily intake or something else? I can't find anywhere that specifies this information.
