You know you're going so plan ahead. Get your favorite fair food since as you said it's once a year and just cut down on treats between now & then. Drinking water is a great idea and make sure you're getting your workouts in. If you're favorite fair food is funnel cake, try to eat corn on the cob for dinner or any meat on a stick.

Ok, we all know fair food is FAR from healthy, but since we are going on Sunday. I plan on drinking plenty of water, but any tips on fair food? I plan on eating only a portion of what we get, but am not sure how to track the calories and such. I know it's not healthy, but it's the Fair, and it's once a year. I am sure there are some healthier items, but not sure how to handle eating there. Any tips?
