I imagine your SP calorie range is about 1200-1550 calories daily. If you make your food tracker public, I may be able to give more helpful tips. Let me know if you need the steps to do this.
Also take some body part measurements. The scale may not be moving as quickly as you like; but are any clothes getting loser in their fit?? SP Dietitian Becky

Try changing ur diet a little but stay within range. Add complex carbs and more protein. Most importantly REST. Goin too fast may result in a burn out. Try a calorie calculator which needs age,height and weight.

I have a question about how many calories I should be consuming on a daily basis. I went on kick before where I kept my calories between 1200-1300 per day, and I lost 30 pounds. But the burn out was AWFUL. I went off the wagon, so to speak, and gained about 10 pounds back. Now I'm back on the wagon, but I've increased my caloric intake to between 1400-1500 to try to keep that burn out effect out of the picture. The problem? I'm not losing any weight. 2 weeks and I've lost about a half a pound. I don't really like the thought of cutting back to 1200-1300 calories a day, but I'm afraid this is the only way for me to lose weight. I exercise 30-40 minutes per day, drink LOTS of water, and eat pretty healthy. Also, I'm about 5'6" and 188 pounds. My goal weight is 150 pounds.
Does anyone have any advice for how many calories I should be consuming daily to lose weight?
