Hi everyone, this is my first time posting on here.. but anyway
I've been scouring the web to try and get an answer but came up with zip...
I've been using the Wii Fit for my fitness, mostly the Free Step feature. I turn the sound off, put some "exercise music" on and go to town, almost 2x the step speed on the highest setting. I get in just over 1200 steps in 10 minutes.
My question is, how do I figure out calories burned? When I enter my fitness, it has Free Step already in there, but there's now way to tell what it's actually based on... slow speed, high speed or whatever.
I know I'm getting a decent work out in because I'm dripping with sweat by the time I'm done, I'm just trying to get somewhat of a calories burned count.
