I checked with Meg and she said that she used a 9x13 pan and that it does fit.

I wanted to try the Mac & Cheese Recipe from the SparkPeople Cookbook. The recipe calls for 8oz of elbow macaroni, which is about half a box. However, it also says to use a 9 x 13 pan. To me it doesn't seem like there would be enough macaroni to fit into such as large pan. Has anyone made this? Should I use a smaller pan or perhaps double the recipe? Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks to all.
