IN MY HOUSE BEING A SINGLE MOM, WORKING FULL-TIME GOING TO COLLEGE AND NOT TO MENTION MY DAUGHTERS ACTIVITIES THERE JUST NEVER SEEMS TO BE ENOUGH TIME TO COOK A GOOD MEAL. BETWEEN THE GIRL SCOUTS, KARATE AND SPORTS TEAMS SHE IS ON IT IS NORMALLY GRAB WHAT YOU EAT IN THE CAR FOR BREAKFAST, BUYING LUNCH AT SCHOOL OR WORK AND GRABBING A FAST BITE TO EAT AFTER WORK IN ROUTE TO THE NEXT ACTIVITY. TO MAKE ALL THIS EVEN HARDER MY KID IS A PICKY EATER. CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND SOME MEAL IDEAS THAT WOULD FIT MY SITUATION? ADDED NOTE ARE WEEKENDS AREN'T MUCH DIFFERENT.
