1 cup applesauce unsweetened = 100 calorie 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder = 80 calories 1 cup cooked brown rice, cooked extra soft, or measure 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal and then cook it = 150 calories 1 T. raisins and 1T. sliced almonds = 70 calories splenda and cinnamon to taste
