If you feel fine and lack of energy isn't an issue, it's okay to workout without eating. It's really a personal preference. Some people (like me) need to eat before a morning workout, but for others, it makes them feel sick. So do what works best for you.

I tend to get up early at 4am to do my workout, is it ok to exercise without eating first? Generally I am not hungry, and tend to eat after. Is this ok?
