1. always EVERYDAY as I can easily gain 5# overnight if I have a bad day. Have to get it off again. 2.No. I've been at this for 3 1/2 yrs and I'm not at my goal, but I have never quit, unlike most all of the people did who started with me. 3. Hating to exercise. 4. Evening. I never am hungry in the morning at all.
