If you're logged in, and look at your post, there should be something at the bottom of the post that says something like "get tracker"; then just click to select which kind, the tracker icon and background. Probably another way to access it, but that's where I saw it. Good luck!

If you search for strength training in the fitness tracker, there are a bunch of generic entries to choose from. You can leave all of the boxes except time blank and it will still give you an estimate of calories burned.

Hello. I'm new to the site and still figuring out some of the features. What is the best way to account for an hour of general weightlifting in the Fitness Tracker? I don't want to enter sets/reps/weight info for each exercise. Many thanks.
