So I've got a quick question.
I have a BodyMedia armband tracker, and so I figured I would change the nutrition tracker to "talk" with the fitness tracker to get a more accurate idea of the calories I need- I don't want to eat too little!!

But the thing is, I'm pretty small, so my BMR and goals makes me hit that bottom limit of 1200 calories that SP allows. I *always* burn more, even on days I don't do any real exercise, so it then adds those calories, too. So today with one run/walk (30 min) in and some yoga my SP tracker wants me to eat 1700 calories, and I think I have it set to lose 1.2 lbs/week.

I'm thinking this is still a bit too high to actually lose 1.2 lbs/week? Because I hit that bottom limit and Spark never tells you to go under 1200... is there another way for me to change the base to fit the goals? I just want all of my goals to be "right" and any way to do that would be fabulous.
