I agree with you about the amount of push ups....I modify (on my knees) or I just assume the full plank position and hold it for the one minute.

Sure 1 minute is reasonable..you can take mini breaks in the minute, and you can also modify to do incline, knee, or wall pushups.

The amount of push-ups they do in most dvd workouts are crazy. I can only do six and then i rest and do five more. Are we really supposed to be able to do a full minute of push-ups? Is this even a reasonable goal for "normal" people?
