Very true... I push myself to start on the treadmill and before I know it, I've been there for 40 minutes.

Today I did the same, I didn't want to do my turbo jam workout. But I pushed thought and when I finished I was so proud of myself

This morning I did not want to do any cardio. I convinced myself to do just 10min. Well, that 10 min became 60min, and now i'm ready to do even more on my bike. When you think that you could only do the minimum, PUSH ON. You just might surprise yourself.
