Partial tears sometimes heal themselves, while full tears usually require surgery to fix. Do you know which yours are?

I picked it up at Walgreens for $4.50, the web site has it priced $95.00 really, I welcome any input. I am willing to try anything, to help foot pain and the STRENGTH TAPE looks like my next purchase.... I really would like to be able to get back to training withOUT pain... because of a torn tendon and torn ligament foot pain just s~cks and yes I have been to a DR still seeing one, yes I am doing all the requirements and Dr recommended things just wanting to HEAL with out over medicating (masking) the pain .
