There are SP members who are struggling to meet their SP protein range--and using a protein supplement helps. Usually it is because they do not use meat, milk, yogurt, egg, etc. Or they do not like the flavor of meat, etc.
I looked at your nutrition tracker---you seems to be getting between 75-85 grams of protein daily. I assume this falls within you SP protein range.
I don't think you would get additional benefit from more protein.
Can you share more why you want to use it?
