These both sound like broscience/weight loss myths to me. I have heard a little bit about cinnamon, but more just because it's fiber dense when eaten in large amounts and can add a kind of sweetness to yogurts and oatmeal without adding sugar

Hi! I have heard from a lot of people that Pu-ehr tea is excellent for weight loss and metabolism. I also hear that cinnamon is good for that and also appetite suppressing. I am wondering how you feel about it. Have you tried either one of these seperate or together? Thanks for your input
