One of my favorite desserts is the sugar-free, cooked chocolate pudding that Jello Brand makes. If you make it with 1 or 2% milk, and make 1/2 cup servings, it comes out to be 60 or 70 calories per serving.....and you can hardly tell them apart from the sugared pudding. They fit right in with my daily calorie count, so it is a real go-to food for us, and it satisfies the "dessert sweet tooth."
Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!
Laugh until it hurts! It's one of the few things in life that's still free!!
