One of my favorite desserts is the sugar-free, cooked chocolate pudding that Jello Brand makes. If you make it with 1 or 2% milk, and make 1/2 cup servings, it comes out to be 60 or 70 calories per serving.....and you can hardly tell them apart from the sugared pudding. They fit right in with my daily calorie count, so it is a real go-to food for us, and it satisfies the "dessert sweet tooth."

My mom made some chocolate pudding.... (my favorite) and I only ate one bite and gave the rest to my dad. Very pleased with my choice!
