It's possible! I just wAnt to encourage you guys that it is possible despite school as Full time nursing student and the fact that I have an 11 month old running around driving me nuts it can be done. Time management and support is key! I've been juicing btw and working out about 30 minutes a day outside and in the gym. I'm finally putting my All into this! The buddy system works! I workout with a classmate she pushes me an I push her. If I can do I anyone can. This is a great website and it really helps.
