I have been working out and watching my diet from 27th December...and here i am .... weight in today 195lbs....i am so happy......and not to forget i was absolute couch potato......saying this to motivate other people.....as i was feeling a little sad yesterday.......mood swings are common i guess as i am trying to change lifestyle bad to good......it takes a little time i guess to adjust...but the main thing to keep eye on our Aim.
