I do not struggle so much with the protein. I have found some tasty protein shakes, I love cheese and lean meats. I can some times over due on the carbs because I absolutely love side dishes (pasta/potatoes) with my lean meats (oxymoron?). I struggle to get the appropriate amt of fiber and my digestive issues are demonstrative of that.

Definitely use the Nutrition tracker because it is demonstrative in forming healthy eating habits. Be sure to run a report it will give you valuable information to make choices in the future. Don't cheat yourself out of this vital information and the behavior modifying effect it will have on your eating. THE NUTRITION TRACKER REPORT IS VERY POWERFUL STUFF DON'T UNDERESTIMATE IT! Hi and welcome! meats, flax seed and greek yogurts are good sources of protein. If you eat any kind of salad at any point in your week put in some meat like chicken or turkey. I f you choose beef make sure its really really lean. As for you carbs I am not sure what your eating but if its pastas look for Smart Taste its better for you. Good luck on your journey

Having trouble eating enough protein and too many carbs. Any help ideas?
