@ SergeantMajor: I know my gender and age are working against me, but if I don't try now, I'll never know what I could have done. The book you recommended sounds awesome, though the cover is already intimidating to me.
I purchased my protein powder (in the event I don't make my protein goal) and will be increasing my calorie intake - starting with an increase of 100 calories a day. I only do 3 cardio sessions a week. I would like to get down to 3 full body sessions a week, rather than 4 split sessions. It would be nice to make my workouts more efficient. With spring and summer coming, I would rather spend more time on the golf course than the gym. Thank you for your advice.
