Yogurt, greek yogurt, lowfat cottage cheese, milk, ricotta cheese.
What about other butters? soybutter, sunflower butter??

I got a Vitamix for Christmas (yay!) and want to start making green smoothies in the morning for breakfast. Is there any way, other than protein powder, so get protein in/with my smoothies in the morning? Peanut butter is out because my roommate is allergic...any suggestions would be great!
