I'm not much for the protein drinks i think they taste nasty. but you can make your fruit smoothie INTO a protein drink by adding nonfat yogurt, skim milk, etc. tastes much better, and you get the goodness of the fruit, too!!

The best things to add to smoothies: tofu (protein that takes on taste of other ingredients) flax oil -- Omega 3 then make whatever flavor you want fruit cocoa banana etc
