I prefer the taste of muscle milk personally. I was doing a boot camp class for 6 weeks in the morning last summer and found I got a massive migraine even when I ate within my calorie range. I don't care for an early breakfast so since the class was at 6am I would do a protein shake with 1% milk immediately afterwards and that cured the morning migraines. I've only tried the body fortress and muscle milk but I prefer the taste of the muscle milk so far compared to the two.

More protein does not mean more muscle gain.
If you are eating within your SP protein range, you are meeting need---and the extra protein just becomes extra calories.

If you make your nutrition tracker public, I can give more helpful tips. Let me know if you need the steps to do this.

After you workout. Just try different brands until you find one you like. Some of them taste better than others. I always use vanilla and add fruit to it.

Hi,
I've recently decided to start trying protein powders to help with my muscle gain. So any recommendations on which one to buy and on whether I should take it before or after working out?
