If you look on your nutrition tracker, it will have all your ranges there for you so you know what you should be getting. :) You can also add/remove different nutrients to track.

Could someone please tell me what a person should consume daily of Protein, Fat, Fiber. Carbs and Cholesterol, I can't seem to find that info on this site as yet, Thanks
