35 pounds lost and I walk better than 60 minutes a day 6 days a week. Definitely PROGRESS

Remember, slow and steady is the key to keeping it off. We didn't gain it overnight we won;t lose it overnight either.

Quit making excuses. Putting it off. Complaining about it. Whining about it. Crying about it. Believing you can't. Waiting......... Suck it up. Hold on tight. Say a prayer. Make a plan and JUST DO IT!!!!!
