I was told to stay away from canned soups mostly because of all the sodium....I have CAD and highblood pressure. But everynow and then I buy the new Progresso 100 cal soups which have lower sodium. I am caregiver for my disabled husband and my Dad and Mom and when I am on the run, I would rather eat a bowl of the Progresso soups than not eat anything or eat the first thing that I can get my hands on. I really like the Chicken and Dumpling soup. Try it and see what you think..just don't eat a lot of them.

I occasionally get a can and pair with a salad.. I get the low sodium ones too
Progresso Light Chicken Noodle and Beef Pot Pie. I really like the Chicken Noodle, the Beef, not so much but I've gotten so far off red meat over the last few years it just tastes odd to me now. I like throwing any leftover veggies in the soup.

I like to buy soups (low sodium and low calorie ones). I then add frozen vegetables to add substance and make them more filling. YUMMY !!

I like their soups when I don't have time for home made soup.
i like their soups, all of the many flavors. even the more caloric soups are like 200 a serving, so go for the flavor you like and watch your side dishes.

No, not many canned soups I really like. When I have time and I'm interested in soup, I find a good and healthy recipe and make it from scratch. But I understand we don't always have time, so I hope if and when you try it you like it. I would purchase only one can to start just encase you don't like it though. Keep up the good work :o)
