I heard that Metformin helps women with PCOS lose weight. Plus eating healthy and driking water and exercise. Try talking to your doctor also. Good Luck!

I have PCOS. I know that this causes lots of things. I have had two children in the last three years, and now that my body is starting to adjust and change I have started having different symptoms (anxiety, mood swings, more weight gain, etc...) I had a physical and found out that my progesterone level is way too low. I have not made another appointment to go in and talk about this with my Dr yet. Has anyone had this specific problem and how was it treated. By the way, I know losing weight will help. I have been trying, and the scale keeps going up.
