Snez - For the survey team points, if you have clicked on the link in the confirmation email, but still don't receive points, you will need to send in a copy of your confirmation email you received to support@SparkPeople.com and they will be able to take care of your points.

Kaye - I checked the support email address and didn't see anything from your username or email address associated with your account. Please make sure you send that to support@sparkpeople.com. Once you do that and we receive your email, we will respond within a few hours, usually sooner.

Thanks Denise, I have checked my spam mail from time to time, will try deleting cookies again although have done that in the past few weeks also.

Also like Kaye I had joined the survey team some time ago, as well as having sent e-mails to friends to join but my spark points only shows one friend, I have introduced several. This does not worry me, and looking for updated articles just takes a bit longer but I would be disappointed to lose the food tracking function.

I joined the suryey team and haven't got any surveys or my points yet for joining this team I even sent the confirmation to the team and still haven't recd them

. It is possible that they are going to your spam folder or that your provider is blocking them, so you may want to double check your filters and spam folder.

As for the nutrition page, I haven't been able to replicate that issue. Your page may not be refreshing, after you have added those items. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? For the past month I have not received any Daily or weekly Sparks, I would go manually into the articles and read them now, I am unable to enter all of my daily food, when I "Add Food" it accepts the first submission, says it has "added" 17 or whatever items but does not show on my nutrition page, this is the second day that this has occurred, does any one else have this problem? emoticon emoticon emoticon
