When it comes to fruits and vegetables, I can't find them anywhere, probably because my spouse doesn't know the English word for them. So I just pick their counterpart. Regular green beans, and spinach. I know it's not exact, but fruits and vegetables didn't make me overweight.It's more in the prep and things I eat with it.
1st Goal: 18lbs by June 1 - Met goal on 4/28
2nd Goal: Onederland by July 31

Ok - if you can't find it here...go to google and type in "Nutrition XXX" and "Nutrition YYY" etc, then enter it by hand. If it is something you eat regularly, save it to you "favourites" in your tracker.
The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.

I am Asian . I can not find the calorie for the food I eat daily ( obo, long string green bean, Asia spinach ect...) on tracker list for calculation tracking. Please advise and thank you
