You should be able to put in your time, but no matter how you enter it, it might not be very accurate. The problem is that all of the walking entries are for walking on land, which is much easier than walking in water. So even though you're going slower and you're working hard, you aren't going to get as much credit for it b/c those are land entries. I'm not sure of a good way to estimate those calories burned unless you wear a heart rate monitor during your workout.

I am sorry that I can't explain that to you but maybe you could post that question on the technical help board. I bet they could help you there.
I pool walk. I walk a distance or minutes. They rarely add up to the safe. So I tried to post my 1.5 mile walk and it asks me for time. So I put the time in. Well, it then changed my distanced to a preprogrammed distance. Frustrated here. This is why I have never posted my exercise cuz I get goofed up.
Can someone help me with this. I'm sure there is a non cookie cutter way of posting exercise.
