Water jogging is in the activity list. But that is fairly vigorous. Water aerobics is probably a better fix for water walking.
As an alternative, and a very rough guide, most people burn around 6 calories per minute of moderate exercise, and about 10 calories per minute of vigorous exercise.
I agree with Coach Jen - water walking is very different from walking on land, due to the resistance of the water.

You should be able to put in your time, but no matter how you enter it, it might not be very accurate. The problem is that all of the walking entries are for walking on land, which is much easier than walking in water. So even though you're going slower and you're working hard, you aren't going to get as much credit for it b/c those are land entries. I'm not sure of a good way to estimate those calories burned unless you wear a heart rate monitor during your workout.

I am sorry that I can't explain that to you but maybe you could post that question on the technical help board. I bet they could help you there.
I pool walk. I walk a distance or minutes. They rarely add up to the safe. So I tried to post my 1.5 mile walk and it asks me for time. So I put the time in. Well, it then changed my distanced to a preprogrammed distance. Frustrated here. This is why I have never posted my exercise cuz I get goofed up.
Can someone help me with this. I'm sure there is a non cookie cutter way of posting exercise.
