Hi Lucky

You could set up team goals that are checkboxes and have people track that way, but you won't be able to see the detail of who's tracking and who's not. I don't think you'll be able to do what you're hoping for through the site.

I am thinking people that work out 3 hours a day should LOSE points for mental health - or the lack there of. Or lose points for not have a well rounded life which is also part of mental fitness.

So I guess I would say you are on the right track of looking at all forms of fitness to play into the work challenge.

Sorry, don't have an answer to whether yu can set something up here on Spark......

I was asked to put together a fitness challenge for work. Usually we just track the number of minutes we exercise. People who always win the challenge workout for about 3 hours a day. We need to change this. I would like for someone to get a check for the day if they eat in their calorie range and another check if they exercise. Can we do this through spark?
