We don't have a feature quiet like that. In general, we recommend starting with 20-30 minutes of cardio exercise, 3-4 days a week and a full-body strength training workout twice a week (for about 20 minutes or so).

Hey there Jen. Thanks but thats not quiet what i was looking for. I am looking for a planner that will tell me what days to do what exersizes and for how long. Thats put together for me that i can follow week to week. Im working out sun-thurs and i know they say that your muscles have to rest and you need to do different exersizes to confuse or challenge ect ect. I end up getting so frustrated that i do nothing or the same 20 dvd i always do. I dont have acsess to a gym or the outside as its to cool. Thanks

Hi there. CAn someone please direct me as to where i can find a weekly fitness planner. For example what days to do what body parts and for how long. I really need it as far as motivation and i get so frustrated trying to decide which exersizes im supposed to do that i dont want to do any.
So if anyone knows of where i can get this it needs to include the type of exersize how long to do it where i can find the video and the part of the body. Just that simple thanks in advance.
