I think when we are determined to take care of our Temples (bodies) Satan with try anything to get in our path. We are to be good stewards of our bodies. Everything seems to go smoother when I give up and stop making time to work out and eat better. We just need to keep pressing on as this is so well titled and keep fighting the good fight. God bless you.

For me, that's what makes Spark so different and do-able. It's not a diet, where you have to do everything exactly right every day. It's a lifestyle. Things are going to happen, stuff is going to come up, plans will be derailed. But every new day is a new opportunity to get back on track and keep going. Every meal is an opportunity to make better choices. Sure, sometimes they won't be the *best* choices. But they can be *better*.

Best wishes.
Each step in your healthy journey is an accomplishment.
Each time you overcome all the external forces that threaten to overwhelm you, you're more able to overcome them the next time.

Every time I make up my mind to lose weight, exercise more, and any other type of goal my life gets hectic. More company at your house than usual, more appointments than I believe is really necessary, kids get sick, I get sick. Oh well. All my routines and plans got knocked over and out of wack. This happens every time. I will keep pressing on. I can do all things through CHRIST, who strengthens me!!
