If you ask in the more heavily-trafficked Fitness forum, you might get more responses than down here.:)

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good pilates DVD for pregnancy. I'd ideally like something I can use through all 3 trimesters, and something that isn't for complete beginners (and thus super easy) so I can get a good workout.

I tried asking on Babyfit, but there are so few people there I haven't gotten any responses, so I thought I'd try over here.

Thanks!
