As soon as I see the ad, I stop watching the video. I stopped watching TV because of the ads (plus the fact TV is corporate and government controlled).

I want to watch some of the videos, but I have VERY LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS - only 5G a month, because I can't afford installed internet. When the videos start with an ad, it uses up some of my very precious data time, so I can't watch the actual video. I don't mind ads on site pages (not that I can ever afford to buy anything...) but the ads that steal my access to exercise routines that would mean a lot to me are becoming a big issue. ESPECIALLY when the ads are for something that is of absolutely no interest or relevance to me - even if I had money - because they are for some medical condition neither I nor anyone I know has, or something like that. Please, please find a way we can opt out of using internet data time for this - I know the ads keep the site free - but they are staring to steal the site from me. Those videos are all I have - I can't afford to buy any, and when available, I try to print some - but printer ink costs too much and even my ability to do that is VERY VERY limited.
