I do group power weight lifting classes. It sounds like it might be the same type of thing. I love my group power.

Power Pump is probably your gym's version of Body Pump. Les Mills created the original program. Other gyms may call it Power Flex, Sculpt and Flex, Body Sculpt, etc... it's a group weight training class. If you've never done any type of strength training before, it's a good way to learn the basics.
