I eat all three, but I think that brown rice trumps the others nutritionally; it's simply a whole grain.

When we do eat pasta it's usually whole wheat. Otherwise, we have sweet potatoes, Yukon Gold potato, or red potatoes a few times a month. We don't eat a lot of potatoes but like brown rice or quinoa. I'm trying new recipes for quinoa. We do eat tons of fruits and veggies throughout the week.
sweet potatoes, and brown rice and wild rice are my favorite.

I like them all, and the one I cook or order will usually depend on how it complements the rest of the meal. For example, past week or so I've made: shrimp scampi with ww fettuccine one night, chicken with brown rice on another, and salmon with steamed baby potatoes. Try to find what's on sale (yesterday it was salmon) and then figure out the rest.
Gosh, I don't really eat any of those, except the occassional small serving of potato!! (I'm not much of a potato fan, but I do love sweet potatoes). I like white rice and white pasta!
I'm more likely to do the "whole grain" thing when it comes to bread. I will add fiber and other nutrients to my "starch" rice and pasta dishes by adding veg, beans or legumes.

Sweet potato :) Also I count corn as a starch carb.... corn on the cob in the summer is my favorite.
But, I like whole wheat pasta best. I also like brown rice, it just takes a long time to make and I sometimes don't have the time to wait for it.

I can't think of the last potato I ate other than the occasional sweet potato fry I snag from the BF's plate. Whole grain pasta all the way and I mostly substitute quinoa for my rice needs. I love quinoa because its a complete protein along with a carbohydrate.

I eat more brown rice than pasta or potatoes, mostly because it's something I can cook at work in the microwave. Add some steamed veggies or a can of black beans...LUNCH! I also use bulghur instead of brown rice.
I do like whole wheat pasta. Today's lunch is leftover angel hair pasta with marinara, spinach, and diced zucchini
as far as potatoes - mostly I eat sweet potatoes. When it's not sweet potatoes, it's red skin (they allegedly have a lower glycemic index number)
