My worst snacking time is between meetings at work. Now I just keep myself busy on SparkPeople.

Thanks all. It really worked so now I will soon be that annoying lady who posts when she wants to snack, which could be quite often:-)

I usually "hang around" SparkPeople in the evenings after work -- and it helps to keep me from snacking then, too. Simply exploring the website and participating in the discussions is a great "diet" aid!

Congratulations on making the positive decision to do something else to take your mind off your snacking. One step at a time!

I am a bit hungry but not starving and I can definitely make it till lunch. I am posting here in lieu of wandering to the work fridge in search of a snack. Lunch always taste so much better when I am genuinely hungry. I am going to WAIT! OK back to work.
