Great affirmations. I can see them working really well if you keep reading and reminding yourself of them frequently.

With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

Those statements hit home! Thanks for coming up with them and taking time to write them down for us!

Yes, our weight and fitness level is entirely up to us. No one can take care of each of us, but us.

I am in control...

Dorie.
I am in control of what I eat.
I am in control of my choices when shopping for healthy food.
I am in control of my emotional and mindless snacking.
I am in control of the choices I make to improve my health.
I am in control of my fitness that my body needs everyday.
I am in control of my motivation to stick to my goals..
I am in control of "ME"

I am taking back control of MY body, MY health and MY future

Food.
I will no longer allow you to make me overweight.
I will no longer allow you to create comfort when I am stressed.
I will no longer allow the toxic effects of YOUR fats effect my health.
I will no longer allow YOU to make me lazy, complacent and unhealthy.
I will no longer allow YOU to control my life...

I am in control of "ME"

So on this day I affirm to take back control, and will not allow food to control my life. I am in control of what, how and how much I eat and will not allow food to dictate my eating habits through chemicals, toxins, sugars and poor self-will. I will understand the power of water to cleanse my body and assist in ridding my body of the years of bad habits. I will celebrate my success and learn from my mistakes and remain focused on eating healthy for the rest of my life.
