3 cups of air popped popcorn, then I melted 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter and drizzled it over the popped popcorn. Stir around. It was very yummy, satisfying, and the combo of healthy fat, protein, and healthy carbs. A+!!!!!

I mist mine with EVOO using my wonderful Misto. Very, very lightly sprinkle with sea salt. I watch my total sodium and will save a tiny bit of daily allowance for my evening air popcorn fix. I love salt - way too much. And this keeps my treat tasting like the real thing so I really feel I am treating myself each night as a reward for another day of healthy living.
