Just a mixed greens salad would probably be good, but well I`m like the other poster, without tasting it and knowing what you like to eat, well....?

It's hard to tell without tasting it. I wonder if it would go well on one of the spinach salads with strawberries. Or maybe on mixed greens with goat cheese, orange sections and a sprinkle of walnuts?

Sounds like an interesting experiment...

My father went to the Olive Oil Store and got a bunch of fancy bottles of oils and vinegar. I made a dressing of walnut oil and pomegranate white balsamic vinegar. Any ideas of what to put on a salad to use with the dressing? The vinegar is sharp and tangy and the walnut flavor is rather strong.
