One of my favorites is spinach or wild greens salad with either orange or tangerine sections, some sweet red onion, avocado, and pomegranate seeds sprinkled over top. Sometimes a few sliced almonds too, if you like them. Top it with a vinaigrette with citrus juice, olive oil, a litte honey, salt, and fresh ground pepper. Add grilled chicken or salmon, and it's a substantial meal.
