I just wanted to tell you that my daughter was diagnosed with pcos and was told by her doctor that she had to change lifestyle and eating habits and she could reverse the syndrome. She went from 155 to 130 and is now living well and healthy eating and exercise are just as much a part of her life as dressing everyday. Good luck and stick with us, we are all here together.

You may want to try searching SparkTeams to find others who have PCOS. If you go to the Community tab, select SparkTeams, then type PCOS in the search field, you will find numerous teams in there that you might want to join. Aside from that, it would be a good idea to discuss this with your doctor as well, as they should be able to give you more specifics for you and your health history.
